Situation: AMI developed a virtual meeting program for a top clinical trial firm in the U.S. The client required a 30 person webex® meeting including audience generation, invite, logistics, IT support and execution. The purpose of the meeting was to increase participation in a Phase III Clinic Trial.

Result: Client was able to focus their effort with Fortune 100 Pharmaceutical Client to develop strategy and execution of Clinic Trial while AMI managed all back-end logistics for web-based program increasing participation in the trial.
